Passionate Saviour
We clothe you in purple, then place a crown of thorns on your head
We praise you, then forget your truth
The crowd wavered, and mocked you as the King of the Jews
The centurion stood, and saw you as God’s Son
Help us to stand and see
May we be like Joseph of Arimathea
And know when to honour the Body of Christ with fine linen
As we build your kingdom
